These terms explain the rules for using the TreZa website and the general conditions for working with us. Please read them carefully before using our site or services.
01
About these terms
By using this website or hiring TreZa for services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. Individual projects may also be covered by a separate proposal or agreement. If anything conflicts, that agreement takes priority.
02
Using our website
You are welcome to browse and share our content for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:
Use the website for anything unlawful or misleading.
Try to gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems.
Copy, resell or republish our content without written permission.
03
Our services
We provide strategy, creative and growth marketing services. The scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for each project are set out in a written proposal. Work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately before we begin.
04
Fees and payment
Fees are listed in your proposal and are payable as stated on each invoice.
Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are due within 14 days.
Third-party costs, such as ad spend, software or stock assets, are billed separately or paid directly by you.
We may pause work while payments are overdue.
05
Your responsibilities
To keep projects moving, you agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback and access to the accounts or materials we need. Delays in feedback or approvals may affect timelines.
06
Intellectual property
Once a project is paid in full, you own the final deliverables we created for you. We keep ownership of our tools, templates and working methods, and may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to. All content on this website belongs to TreZa unless stated otherwise.
07
Results
Marketing results depend on many things outside our control, such as market conditions, competition and platform changes. We always work towards the goals we agree with you, but we cannot guarantee specific results, rankings or revenue.
08
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, TreZa is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or data. Our total liability for any project is limited to the fees paid for that project.
09
Ending our work together
Either side may end a project with written notice, as set out in the proposal. You will pay for work completed up to the end date, and we will hand over finished deliverables once all invoices are settled.
10
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, and continuing to use the website means you accept the updated terms.
